Small and focused polypropylene hollow fiber membrane producer

ZENA s.r.o. (zena-membranes) was incorporated in 1991 as a research and development company. Has been supplying polypropylene hollow fiber membranes related products since the very beginning. A commercial membrane application requires not just membranes but a suitable module. ZENA delivers membrane modules in various sizes to fit prescribed foot-prints.

Modular membrane system allows versatile custom filtration and contactor products with short delivery times. Production according technical drawings is also possible. From large waste water treatment units, RO prefiltration systems, residential MBR, industry separation to a really small single fiber luer lock connected lab units.

We manufacture hollow fiber filtration modules. Technologies are developed, designed and commissioned by our customers.

Module D90 HZ P60

Suitable for industry applications, degassing, filtration and other contactor applications.

Module D50 HZ P60

Mid size membrane module, suitable for laboratory degassing or contactor applications. PVCu transparent housing, 1/8 inch ports.

Module D50 PC P60

OEM membrane module suitable for instrument degassing or filtration. P60 hydrophobic membrane, 1/4 ports.

Module D14 HZ

Lab use housed membrane module, louer lock and hose barb port connections.

Membrane bundle P60

Membrane bundle, mostly used for immersed membrane modules or contactors.

Heat and stretch production technology allows us to produce native PP membrane (no additives). Suitable for degassing, membrane distilation, contactor applicatiosn and filtration.
